1st Quarter Perfect Attendance - Elementary grades K-5
Amy Stephens of the CASA of South Central Nebraska, with the STARS program, recognized these students for perfect attendance for the first quarter in the PK-5th grades. Pictured are some of the students who achieved perfect attendance: Josalynn Antholz, Khloe de la Motte, Liam Baker, Grayson Baker, Creed Bislow, Briggs Boston, and Jalissa Antholz. All students with perfect attendance could win a certificate and gift card funded by the United Way. This first-quarter winner was Creed Bislow. A complete list of students will be posted soon!
The 2nd graders teamed up with Mrs. Bonham's FCS classes today for some Halloween fun! Together the duo learned how to make pumpkin muffins!

Mrs. Cleveland and 36 Spanish students attended the Edgar Rene concert in Holdrege sponsored by ESU11. The concert focused on being positive and enjoying life as well as the promotion of learning the Spanish language and culture. Mr. Campana also attended as a sponsor.

🌟 Our Student Council Represented Franklin with Pride! 🌟
Eight of our amazing student council members set off bright and early at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, for the Nebraska Association of Student Councils (NASC) State Conference in North Platte.
Senior and Student Council President Trace B., along with Treasurer Steel M., and other members Jayden L., Kaiya B., Gabe A. Josie M., Tate H., and Gus H., dove into leadership sessions, future career talks, and even some line dancing! One of the highlights was hearing from keynote speaker Mike Smith, who shared his journey of resilience and his passion for helping kids make a difference.
We’re grateful to have such dedicated leaders representing our school and community!
The FCCLA will host a Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, 10/30 at the school in the Alternate Gym from 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Anyone interested in donating blood, please talk to Mrs. Bonham at the school.
Our last 12 pounds of fresh hamburger from the Franklin Beef Boosters was used for lunch on Wednesday, 10/23 to make fresh meatballs. If you would like to donate to our Beef Boosters, please contact Erica Bonham, Stephanie Rupprecht or the high school office.
There will be a short informational Post Prom parent meeting on Wednesday, October 30th at 7:00pm in the school library for the planning of 2025 Post Prom.
Congratulations to Trace Bislow and Carter Trambly on their record breaking performances at the state meet! Both boys broke the school record! Trace ran a 17:43 and Carter ran a 17:48!! Way to go gentleman! Congrats on an amazing season!
