The lending library in memory of Mrs. Angel Dreher is outside the elementary doors. Summer is the best time to enjoy a good book outside in the sunshine! Check it out when you are on your bike or a walk. New books are added to the sharing library at the beginning of each week. You can "take a book, leave a book, love a book, and keep the book"!
FLYER FOOTBALL CAMP - Due to low numbers our football camp will combine all ages into one camp. The camp will be held at the football field on Monday, June 26th and Tuesday, June 27th from 9:00am - 10:00am each day. Please contact Coach Campana if you have any questions.
Summer honors students who need their computer can pick them up from the school on Thursday or Friday morning between 8-noon.
Our summer office hours for June and July will be Tuesdays, 8:30am - 3:30pm and Thursdays, 8:30am - 3:30pm. (The office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th).

Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing Senior Spotlights (in no particular order) for all of our upcoming graduates as we approach their commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 13th. Due to the current weather conditions the Middle School track meet in Red Cloud has been cancelled. The Franklin golf tournament has also been cancelled. Those students are back from Alma and in class. If you have any questions please call the high school office. Thank you!
In order for staff to attend the funeral service of a recently retired long-time teacher at Franklin Public Schools, there will be no school for students on Thursday, May 11. We will still have our last student day on Friday, May 12 with a 2:00 PM dismissal.
