Franklin Public Schools will be offering all students and staff the option to get a flu shot provided by Two Rivers Health Dept. at the school on Monday, October 9th. This is a benefit being offered to our students and staff, no one is required to get the flu shot. Permission forms will be sent home with students. Please contact the high school office at 308-425-6283 if you have any questions. Thank you.
FFA / Skills USA Labor Auction: Please join us tonight, Thursday 9/14, following our home volleyball games in the main gym at approximately 8:15pm. All FFA and Skills USA students will be auctioned off. We will be serving hamburgers as the action goes on. Please come out to support these Flyer activities.

Parade: Friday, September 22nd. Line up at 12:00pm in the back parking lot at the school. Parade starts at 12:30pm.
On Monday, September 18th our Junior High and JV Volleyball and Football Teams will play in Bladen.
Volleyball: JH "A" game at 4:00pm with JH "B" to follow. HS JV game at 6:00pm.
Football: JH game at 5:00pm followed by the HS JV game at 6:30pm.
All games are in Bladen at Silver Lake Elementary School. Please call the high school office if you have any questions.

The Junior High Girls Volleyball game with Wilcox-Hildreth will start at 4:00pm Monday, September 11th in Franklin.
Approximately 115 Grandparents and guests enjoyed a delicious meal the FPS kitchen staff prepared today. Grandparents also enjoyed recess and shopping at the Book Fair in the library. Thank you all for being a part of the occasion! A shout-out to the kitchen staff, Jan, custodial staff, and Mrs. Haussermann, who helped make this happen!

Friday, September 1st, kicked off the first week for ABC Careers in 3rd grade. Ms. Godtel invited our Mayor Margaret Siel for “A” is for an accountant! It was a two-for-one, as Mrs. Siel shared about her job as the Mayor of Franklin. Thank you for sharing your career with our students.
